The blinds can be operated manually using a wand or a chain, or they can have a more convenient motorised control (available for wooden Venetian blinds only). Window Blind Control Prices

Aluminium Venetian blinds have two control options currently available in the price calculator: wand and cord, and chain. The standard combination of wand and cord is already included in the price. If you wish to upgrade to a chain control, the price increases. Wooden Venetian blinds have different control options. Choose between the standard control by a set of cords and a more advanced motorised control. Motorised wooden Venetian blinds have much higher prices compared to the regular wooden blinds. Comparison of window blinds in terms of control option and price is given in the table below. Prices may change, so here we provide a general comparison only.

Window Blind Motorised Control Benefits

Wooden Venetian blinds have an option of motorised control which gives ultimate comfort and increased durability of the blinds. The wooden blinds can be opened, closed, or tilted to allow more light by simply pushing a button. The wired switch is mounted on the wall close to the wooden blinds, and allows opening and closing the wooden blinds, as well as changing the angle of wooden slats. Another motorised control option for wooden Venetian blinds is remote control. Using remote control, you can operate the wooden blinds from any place in the room. Usually, handsets for wooden Venetian blinds have a scrolling wheel which helps to set the exact slat tilt position. A standard handset is included in the set together with the motor equipment, but you may want to upgrade this handset to more advanced options. Modern remote control handsets often feature LCD screens, and have more channels. Each channel can be programmed to operate a different window blind in your home, for increased comfort. Some handsets also have a timer function, which allows you to set the time when you want the wooden blinds to open or close. Window Blind Motorised Control Guarantee

Window blind motorised control has no separate guarantee, but is included in the general guarantee of window blinds, which is outlined in the agreement to be signed prior to the manufacturing process.
